Ski in, ski out house at the old Ski Rio ski resort in northern New Mexico, just south of the Colorado border. This house offers a kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, eating area, living area and master bedroom and bath on the first floor. The living area and dining area are lined with tall east-facing windows with magnificant views. Upstairs are two more large bedrooms and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second floor landing is open to the the lower living area. The 2 story vaulted ceiling of the living area is tongue and groove pine. There is a wood stove in the living area that will heat the entire house with a backup propane wall heater.
A year round stream runs through the property and a second seasonal stream.
The Ski Rio resort has been purchased by a new owner and renamed Endless Blue Resort. It is currently closed. It is peaceful and quiet.
